The "TEH2724 series" is an automatic programming system with a compact body that occupies less than 1m² of floor space and stands 1.4m tall. It is equipped with a CCD camera and enables high-precision and high-speed device implementation through image processing using control software. It achieves high productivity with a device transport time of 3.6 seconds per unit, resulting in 1,000 UPH. Automated programming system for mass production
Equipped with 4 nozzles on the head, it automatically transports and programs 4 ICs simultaneously, achieving a productivity of UPH1800. The pitch between the nozzles is aligned with the pitch between the programmer's adapters, enabling simultaneous pickup and improving productivity. The AT3-310A2N supports even smaller ICs (2x3mm) due to the high-resolution CCD upgrade compared to conventional models. The input and output devices can be freely combined with trays, tapes, and tubes. With powerful software control, writing, verification, and carrier conversion are accomplished in a single process.
